Desai founded this organization in 1984, in the name of Desai Saksena & Associates (DSA), with a vision to make available professional services to businesses and industries in the domain of auditing and taxation. DSA as a firm has experienced an enriching journey from being a traditional auditing firm to entering into multiple specializations in the areas of direct taxation, indirect taxation, corporate law, banking audits, forensic audits and inventigations, insolvency & bankruptcy code, and so on. The partners, along with the evolving team at DSA, have adapted themselves to meet the challenges of the ever-evolving profession through knowledge enhancement, skill development, and technology upgrades.

We are a multi-disciplinary firm providing a wide spectrum of professional services to businesses of various sizes operating in diverse sectors, including some of the largest banks and institutions in India. We have our head office in Mumbai and a branch office in Hyderabad.
