With 11 years of post-qualification experience, he specializes in Statutory & Internal Audits, Stock Audits, Forensic Audits, and Due Diligence for Banks, Financial Institutions, and Private Equity Investors. He is also well-versed in Income Tax matters, including filing returns for individuals and corporations, conducting Tax Audits, and managing Scrutiny procedures.

Currently, he leads the Company’s Secretarial Practice while also supporting Audit and Taxation engagements. His expertise spans across Audits, Taxation, Company Law compliance including Incorporation, Annual Filings, and Record Maintenance as well as FEMA compliance.
