Mr. Hitesh Bhatter is a Partner in the firm's Valuation, Transaction Advisory and Startup Advisory practice. A Chartered Accountant with a Diploma in Information Systems Audit (DISA) from the ICAI, he has close to ten years of experience advising startups, promoters, investors, financial institutions and corporate clients on business valuations, mergers and acquisitions, financial due diligence and corporate restructuring.

His work also covers insolvency and restructuring, including advising on multiple Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) engagements. He advises financial institutions on stressed-asset resolution, resolution plans and Swiss Challenge auctions. He combines technical and commercial perspectives to help clients work through complex business situations to make informed business and investment decisions.
