He is a fellow Chartered Accountant with over 40 years of experience and holds a PhD in Finance, from Mumbai University in 2002. He leads the Statutory & Internal Audit, Forensic Audit, Business Valuation, Due Diligence, and Investigations practice.

He has substantial Audit, Investigative and Forensic consulting experience in India, with institutions holding borrowings of more than 30,000 crore, where employees’ integrity was questioned. He has presented several papers, and IFC manuals and has been a keynote speaker at various seminars conducted by ICAI. ​
